The short version: this website sets no analytics cookies at all — which is why you don't see a consent banner here. The admin app uses first-party product analytics once you sign in, and public booking pages only ever set analytics cookies after the visitor explicitly accepts a consent notice. No advertising cookies anywhere, ever.
2. What we use
- appointer_admin_token — HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in to the admin app.
- appointer_impersonation_token — HttpOnly cookie set only when our support team troubleshoots your account with your permission. Cleared automatically when the session ends.
- appointer_operator_session — HttpOnly cookie for Appointer's internal staff console. It is only ever set in our own staff's browsers, never in yours.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you picked (English or Ukrainian) across the website, booking pages, and admin app.
- ph_* / appointer_analytics_consent — first-party product-analytics storage (PostHog, hosted in the EU). In the admin app it is set after you sign in, so we can see which features are used and fix usability problems. On public booking pages it is set only after the visitor accepts the consent notice (declining changes nothing about how booking works). The marketing website you are reading now sets none of these — its page counting is cookieless and stores nothing on your device.
3. What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, and no tool that builds profiles of you or tracks you across other sites. Session replay exists only inside the signed-in admin app with all typed input masked — public booking pages and this website are never recorded.
4. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Deleting the session cookies signs you out of the admin app; deleting the language cookie resets the site to English. On booking pages, analytics only runs if you accepted the notice — and clearing your browser storage withdraws that choice.
5. Changes
If we ever need to add a tracking technology that requires consent, we'll show a banner and ask first — exactly as booking pages already do. Questions? Reach us via our contact page.
